• Job Details: Responsibility: Erection, commissioning, startup & maintenance of the following machines:- 1-Dornier production line 8.7 meter width 450 mpm (BOPP). 2-DHP feeding system for this line 3- Five slitters from Kampf 4- Three metalizing machines from GVE (K5000 – K 4000). 5- Cast film production line from Reifenhauser. 6- Two slitter from Ashe. 7- Two thickness measuring gauge from Honeywell. 8- One thickness measuring gauge from Electronic system. 9- Two High voltage surface treatment units (Softal & AFS). 10 – Boiler (Thermax) – chiller (Carrier) – Air compressors (Success Engine) A- Machine Erection & Startup under supervision of machine suppliers:- • Following up during civil work for cable trenches & pipes for cable routing • Inspection of RMU – MV switchgear – LV panels & transformer and supervising during erection of these panels. • Supervising all contractors during cable routing for the machines / utilities / lighting / fire alarm system / AHU. • Making all profibus connection for PLC’s / ET200s distributed I/O / Sinamics S120 Drives. • Machine commissioning with the Germany Side & startup. B- Maintenance during operation * Manage the electric team of the plant. * Supervise the fulfillment of standard maintenance procedure in due time, and according to supplier’s recommendation. * Plan for all predictive maintenance checking and the implemented corrective action. * Plan & schedule the maintenance activities with effective inventory management. * Responsible for technical analysis of failure possible causes, and applies preventive and procedures and corrective actions. * Do continuous assessment of technicians’ knowledge and effectiveness. * Prepares spare parts required for the equipments to keep them working around the clock. * Make all the reports of electric break downs, spares consumption, power consumption. * Assure doing all the ISO documents of the electric Department as per the company. * Performs trouble shooting of the plant components goals: - Minimizing the plant equipment down time. - Keeping all equipment running according to design criteria. - Keeping the plant running at normal working condition, around the clock. - Minimizing spare parts consumption as possible.
