• Job Details:Preparing and posting of financial documents such as invoices, and accounts payable and receivable. Reconciliation of petty cash on a monthly basis and intercompany reconciliation. Follow up in payment collections. Passing of journal entries. Producing error-free accounting reports and presents their results. Performing AP and AR for month end closing activities. Reconciling bank statement and passing the necessary adjustment entries. Cash tallying and posting. Follow up of email and documentation. Checking of pending invoice from the cash/credit customers for clearing the payments.
