- Job Details:Preparation of function sheet once the event is confirmed and aligning the production and logistics team accordingly. Creation of purchase requests from suppliers, sharing pos with them and following up on orders. Requesting materials from different branches, monitoring and closing the transfers properly. Closing supplier invoices by allocation into events or in inventory. Creation of material picklists from inventory to different jobs. Returning items from events to inventory. Closing petty cash invoices and creating summary and submitting to finance. Creation of new customers in our database (Dolphin), by VAT, CR and national address. Issuing the tax invoices to clients and chasing the payments and allocating payments to the particular events. Reporting and communication with finance, procurement and other dept, on requirement. Reporting to finance about the sales monthly. Reporting to cost controlling dept about monthly inventory variation and adjustments.
