• Job Details:Received an offer as “Director / Designated Partner” with PwC in Canada, however due to the financial breakdown in 2007/08, the relocation was never realised. As a result of the above, decided to work on a freelance basis in cooperation with the Big4+2 firms in various international interim/project assignments within finance/audit/GRC including complex and international Fraud/Forensic investigations and business development projects/strategy e.g. establishing IA/GRC and ERM functions and restructuring/recovery/turn-around assignments. In addition, performing assignments within due diligence, post-acquisition and integration projects. Mainly working with FTSE250/350 and large SME companies as well as “derailed” projects of various sizes. Clients are also investment/holding companies, the Big4+2 firms and working in cooperation with other advisory consulting firms. Typical management responsibility of 10-12 reports.

Head of Internal AuditFull Time

• Job Details:Reported to the Board and the CFO, worked as “Head of Internal Audit” (CAE) for this listed international holding/investment company (FTSE250) with operations/investments in 13 different European countries. Established an audit/GRC framework with a new approach including IT, working and reporting methodology compliant with British and LSE regulations.

Senior ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Acted as Senior Manager and Project Leader assisting clients in implementing SOX mainly within the insurance industry and ICT industry e.g. “Royal & SunAlliance” and “Powerwave Technologies Inc”. Management responsibility of 7-8 reports. Also, worked internally within E&Y lecturing in IA & GRC (e.g. SOX).
