• Job Details:- Managed team of more than 70 employees across semiconductor (Silicon wafer). - Experienced in using Lean manufacturing to reduce costs and streamline production processes, managing in a union setting and planning production schedules over multiple shifts. - Control and ensure our sub ordinate obey the standard operating procedure in operation field. - Controlling both of shift production quality and capacity referring production target. - Decide the countermeasure of trouble machine and contamination control. - Statistic Process Control (SPC), 7 QC Tools and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) - QMS, Environment Management System, QS 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S, SMK3 - Control Cycle Time Process our sub ordinate in operation field. - Technical support, maintenance, planning and trouble shooting of the process. - Management of shutdown and turn around, problem solving and root-cause
