• Job Details:Managing one main large raw material warehouse and other 3 external stores. The main material we managed was paper; the heavy weight stuff of paper reels and pallets. Tasks: A: Issuing material. 1- Making the daily coordination with the production management in order to determine the daily schedule of production requirement for raw material which would be put in operation for the next 24 hours. In addition to make the contact with the sales office for taking the selling orders of raw materials for outside customers. 2- Organizing the operation of delivering the material from the main or external warehouse to the factory or to outside customers. 3- Printing the daily vouchers of every issuing process after posting every process on the computer system. B: Receiving Material. 1- Preparing the average of usage reports for both long and short term (foreign and local purchasing requests). 2- Making the material requests according to the reports. 3- Following up the requests with the purchasing in charge. 4- (In case of receiving foreign large shipments) making the coordination with the port for planning the containers movement from port to warehouse. 5- Printing the receiving vouchers after posting on the computer and after the actual receiving. C: Other responsibilities. - Managing the supervision of arranging the materials into the warehouse. - Making monthly inventory on the sideline of the annual and biannual administrative inventory.
