• Job Details:• Lead daily operations within the assigned warehouse section, including receiving, storage, dispatching, and inventory control. • Ensure timely and accurate material movement in alignment with production schedules and customer requirements. • Monitor and maintain compliance with FIFO/FEFO, shelf-life control, and warehouse safety procedures. • Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and operators. • Assign duties, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and implement training and development plans. • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety awareness. • Ensure accuracy of physical inventory and system records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. • Monitor stock levels, identify variances, and report slow-moving, obsolete, or non-conforming items. • Oversee SAP transactions and ensure real-time, error-free data entry and reporting. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and external regulations (ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, etc.). • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns, both electronically and physically. • Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions. • Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and performance. • Participate in 5S, lean warehouse initiatives, and space utilization planning. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce waste, and enhance cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
