• Job Details:• Reviewing daily accounting documentation. • Bookkeeping of daily transactions; expenses, payable, banks , invoices, etc. • Recording daily transactions in excel sheet and accounting system ( El Roda accounting program ) • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom • Recording all traded items, making inventory for stores on an ongoing basis, and recording on a computer. • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control • Stocktaking • Paying employees' salaries
