• Job Details:I am responsible for: - Creating user guide. - Presenting the demo to the clients, walking them through it and answering their inquiries. - Writing test cases for the systems. - Carrying out test cases, reporting them and reporting the bugs on TFS. - Providing technical support to the clients regarding the systems we provided to them. - Providing clients with training sessions regarding the system, if required. - Apply automation testing for some websites.

• Job Details:As a Software tester I was responsible for: - Manually testing the mobile applications, especially e-commerce apps. - Testing the websites' frontend, backend and the admin panels. - Testing the APIs using postman. - Reporting the bugs on Jira tracking tool. - Creating the test cases, tracking them back to the user's stories and checking their coverage of the user's stories.
