• Job Details:• Preparing financial statements • Preparing Master Budget and forecast. • Analyzing the deviations for those statements with last year and Budget • Handling Internal and external auditing • Preparing actual cost of products and revised cost with updating changes in foreign currencies to change selling prices as this cost. • Prepare lists of monthly costs and analyze the variables in these lists and comparing plan set by the administration. • Preparing actual costs of the inventory according to the periodic method ,FIFO”. • Providing the management with the information needed for some decisions concerning the local and foreign suppliers. • Handling foreign Currencies and contact with banks and foreign Currencies suppliers to buy and deposit the needed amounts for LC. • Responsible for following up costs of imported raw materials. • Controlling and maintaining an inventory costing system according to the periodic method ,FIFO”. • Controlling the suppliers’ accounts and work of reconciliations needed. • Monitoring and analyzing the documents of credit( imported raw materials related documents “LC, customs fees, transportations costs , exchange rates differences , and any other related transactions”). • Reviewing operating expenses of factories and expenses of selling and distribution branches. • Updating and reviewing fixed assets and their deprecation . • Reviewing the deducted tax from suppliers. • Reviewing current account between group companies. • Reviewing bank statements and post their transactions. • Review the company's branches through the work of a regular inventory and inventory sudden these branches. • Analysis accounts A/P,A/R and COGS for auditing and taxes purposes. • Preparation of reconciliation bank.
