Achievement: In 2022, my team at Canal Sugar performed exceptionally well, resulting in savings of over 200 million EGP (6.5 million USD) for the project. During our analysis, we carefully categorized warehouse items and found that some were originally recorded as "assets under construction." This correction significantly improved our financial accuracy and accounting processes.
