• Job Details:● Review tender, IFC drawings, and discrepancies before project commencement. Any constructability issues found and request for Information related to specification, drawings, and other related to being raised with the proposed solutions for confirmation from the concerned party. ● Attend factory visits and witness third-party tests as needed. ● Review and comment on the Contractor material submission, shop drawings, record drawings as-built drawings, method statements, ITPs, and O&M manual, as per contract documents. ● Review and provide comments on the baseline & another program of work including a schedule of submission of the project. ● Attend inspection requests as needed and release the comments on the same day. ● Assist QS in monthly payment certification and release of the executed work percentages against receipt of contractor submission. ● Collaborate with the PM and QS in drafting related Site Work Instructions and highlight the impacts of on-site implementation. ● Coordinate with other trade disciplines for the smooth progress of the project. ● Assist PM in coordinating with the design team as and when required, especially for confirming RFI responses. ● In charge of the Safety Audit/inspection on-site when AEB HSE personnel are not available in the project. ● Train, guide, direct, and advise subordinate site Arch./Junior Arch to ensure that services delivered are according to the project requirements. ● Weekly or Monthly brief work reports are to be provided to the PM as required. ● Assist in preparing Client project reports and check accuracy. ● Support the organization as required by utilizing the self multi-skill knowledge/awareness. ● Provide lessons learned during the project closure. ● Inspect and prepare a snag list and do continuous follow-up with the concerned to close the issued snag. ● Routine inspections are to be carried out to ensure that the Contractor is executing the project as per the contract requirement. Issue ‘CAR’ or ‘NCR’ in consultation with RE/PM as and when non-compliance is noted. ● Actively participate in technical and progress meetings as requested by PM/RE. ● Diplomatic business relationships are to be maintained with all project stakeholders (including the Contractors). ● Continuously follow up and do all necessary for obtaining all statutory approvals for the project. ● Comply with all circulars issued by AEB Management including GCEO, GCOO, CPO-CS, and LPMs. ● Proactiveness in work to be followed during the work. ● Keep updated with QCS, statutory authority regulations, etc on a regular basis. ● Attend/ assist QCDD inspections as required. ● Continuous professional development by attending related seminars and technical workshops.

• Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities: • Review project contract documents and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance. • Review and Approved Shop Drawings and Material submittal. • Inspect and Monitor all Architectural installations to assure adherence to construction documents and applicable code requirements. • Conduct Material Inspection as per approved material submittal. • Ensure Contractors' compliance with contract specifications and approved Shop Drawings and Material submittal. • Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities. • Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes. • Prepares work packages for contractors taking over to distribute load works to subcontractors.
