I drafted different petitions, memos and request under multiple jurisdictions like KSA, Kuwait, India. - Prepared and drafted Joint Venture, Articles of Associations, Shareholders Agreements and other related Contracts. - Incorporated and Structured different kinds of Corporations. - Advised clients about Liquidation and Dissolution of Companies and related matters. - Manage, protect and enforce portfolios of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright and designs, advise on the legal aspects of marketing new goods or services and their introduction into the marketplace. - Submit requests for new trademarks to the relevant authorities and advise on availability if the proposed trademark is already in use or not. - Oversee all procedural details of trademark and design registrations in the UAE and internationally; negotiate in trademark disputes and act on trademark infringement. - monitor existing and proposed trademarks to make sure that our Client’s trademark is not infringed. - Advise clients about countries in which to seek registration and the most cost-effective way of achieving this. - Negotiating employee contracts and all related claims to employees and employers’ disputes and related claims. - Preparing and filing government reports. - Drafting all types of legal documents in both English and Arabic, e.g.: Master Declarations, Owners Associations, Family Business Constitution, Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring, Management buyouts, Equity financing, Commercial contracts, Influencer Agreements, Sales and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, Investment Agreements and Cease and Desist Notices etc.; - Reviewing new business relationships with contractors and subcontractors. - Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters. - Possessing excellent writing skills; motions, depositions, and letters regarding construction litigation issues. - Having the ability to interface with the client and convey a level of professionalism and competence in terms of both the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction litigation. - Handling construction contract claims for contract extras, delay damages, impact damages, assessment of liquidated damages and substantive law surrounding these issues. - Formulating employee handbooks. - Analyzing legal issues related to all conflicts given to the Firm. - Representing the corporation before administrative boards and expert meetings.
