Migrated Business Licensing System from the legacy servers and storage to a 70 million top of the line server and storage solution (PureFlex from IBM). No one was able to deliver the project for 2 years, which added more pressure on the IT Department. The project was critical and sensitive due to the 40+ Government Entities using the system and the sensitivity of the data. With proper planning and team commitment, I was able to deliver the project in 4 months. Group Transformation (@ MICCO) In 2013, I was entrusted to transform a group of companies’ systems and infrastructure from using Excel and DOS to the implementation of 26 state of the art systems, within a two-year plan. The companies have different businesses: Cargo, Catering, Hospitality services, Recruitment, and Restaurants. The project included implementing DC and DR sites and connecting 22 locations within Abu Dhabi and Qatar on the same network. The stems included: ERP, Time Attendance, Access Control, GPS, HRMS, ITSM, etc
