• Job Details:*October2016 to Present : ABV ROCK GROUP LIMITED, KSA Project Position : Site Civil Engineer Present Project : Southern Border Housing Project, Al Batha Duties and responsibilities :- • After I completed 2 years in ABV Co. they promoted me to be in-charge for all infrastructure works in AL- BATHA site. • Follow up all precast works in site for all subcontractors, for all erections, deliveries, primary inspections, final inspections by consultant & quality control with QC dept. (1.5 year experience in this work). • Follow up all steel works and concrete works in site, fabrication steel for raft foundations and concrete works for all villa and apartments, screed works for hollow-core slabs and concrete for boundary walls for all site. (2 years’ experience in this work). • Responsible for the execution of works according to approved drawings, design and specification. • Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. • In-charge of the setting out, leveling and surveying the site. • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. • Ensuring that all materials used and works performed are as per specifications. • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant. • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. • Liaising with client and his representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
