• Job Details:Finance, Accounting & administration of the branches in Tunisia, Malta, UK, Cyprus, Libya, Greece, France and Egypt, Managing the preparation and maintenance of Branch’s International Financial Reporting Standards, forecasts/Budget and financial planning ; Certify all financial transactions have adequate supporting documentation, are adequately approved by the relevant persons with respect to FCPA, FBA, UK Bribery act and Corporate directives; Managing all financial transactions and make sure are adequately reported to Ensco’s internal reporting and Audit systems, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Synergy, Rimdrill. Warrant that the Branch’s procurement policies including purchase orders, bidding processes, and proofs of delivery of services are applied consistently.

• Job Details:Accounting Finance & Administration of branches in north Africa Management of Finance team, Preparation of monthly management accounts, Analysis of monthly operating expenses versus budget / forecast, Preparation of interim & annual financial statements for various regulatory bodies, Preparation of monthly balance sheet reviews followed by entity reporting for group consolidation, Inventory management, Creation of budget templates, Preparation of income tax computations, Preparation of other financial ad-hoc reports for management, Liaising with internal and external auditors, and Mentoring new employees within finance.
