• Job Details:1. Responsible for studying project documents and quotation pricing 2. Responsible for preparing the bidding documents 3. Responsible for preparing the engineering inventory for the items implemented over the project period 4. Responsible for preparing owner extracts and subcontractors extracts 5. Responsible for preparing the Shop Drawing boards and As-built Drawing boards throughout the project period 6. Responsible for preparing, documenting and receiving all paper documents related to the project, including correspondence, reports, examination requests, test results, approvals, modifications to panels, time programs...etc. 7. Responsible for doing price analysis for new items in the project 8. Responsible for matching project boards 9. Responsible for the project's Coordination 10. Responsible for preparing price adjustments in case the prices of raw materials change 11. Responsible for calculating the necessary quantities of all materials to implement the items on the site 12. Monitor implementation costs throughout the life of the project 13. Responsible for preparing Claims financial claims 14. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to the consultant 15. Responsible for preparing the initial quantity survey for the project 16. Responsible for reviewing Shop Drawing and As-built Drawings submitted by construction companies 17. Responsible for reviewing and approving the inventory of quantities and extracts submitted by contracting companies 18. Responsible for approving raw materials and samples throughout the project period 19. Responsible for reviewing any modifications to the paintings during the implementation period 20. Responsible for documenting all project documents throughout the implementation period 21. Responsible for following up the rate of work progress in the project 22.
