- Job Details: Controlling Attendance, Payroll and Employees Data management system. Perform initial orientation for newly hired employees to align them with the main company goals, profile and business processes. Handling Exit Interviews. Development of HR Department tending to improve the performance of our team and increase company value accordingly. Ensure providing the company with the right employees in the right positions and retain them Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes. Ensure maintaining an updated pool of potential CVs in order to insure appropriate placements of candidates within current and potential vacancies Perform / Supervise on Preparing the job announcements/ Ads and recruitment information for vacant positions. Handling Offer Letters’ communication & negotiation with selected candidates, and sending apology emails to rejected candidates. Maintain contacts with recruitment agents, governmental and non-governmental educational institutes and any other potential source of future recruits. Coordinate with universities, Employment Fairs, events in relation to targeted hires. Draft, review, edit and Create Job Descriptions. Design, implement and run Performance Management Plan for Team (according to positions). Make sure the whole KPI Model is implemented and tracked correctly. Provides a transparent, accurate and clear way to measure employee performance and asses Training Needs Analysis, so that we can develop our employees. Implement 360 Feedback of all employees and incorporates it into the PIs of employees. Construct and build a hierarchy and Pay grades. Improve and develop the HR Policies according to work environment. Provide Employees satisfaction surveys and Statistics to measure how we are handling our employee and achieve a better retention ratio. Coordinating and handling of Employees annual Events, Training in House according to the TNA and also according to the assigned annual budget. Create, develop & implement efficient job evaluation and grading systems that guarantees facilitation of equitable total reward system. Ensure providing the employees with fair compensation and benefits according to the company salary structure and benefits that is competitive to the market. Keeps continuous update of changes in tax, labor, social insurance laws & any other legal, economic & / or social implication that may affect compensation terms & / or payroll process, in close coordination with personnel team. Ensure appropriate implementation of employees’ compensation and benefits policies / procedures. Analyze current prevailing salary ranges, while advising recommendations & suggestions for each position, in alignment with overall company structure conditions.
