- Job Details:managed the development of key aerodynamic components, including the body shell, with a special focus on material selection, using fiberglass for strength and weight efficiency. conducted advanced cfd simulations using solidworks to analyze airflow and optimize the vehicle's aerodynamic components. applied cp (coefficient of pressure) analysis to assess pressure distribution on the vehicle's aerodynamic surfaces, ensuring that cp was optimized across the car's key aerodynamic components to improve performance and balance. collaborated with the chassis, powertrain, and suspension teams to ensure that aerodynamic components worked seamlessly with the overall vehicle design. oversaw the production of the front wing design, which is set to be manufactured and implemented in the competition car, based on results from both cfd simulations and physical testing.

- Job Details:designed and prototyped a real-world front wing for the formula student car, focusing on achieving an optimal balance between downforce and minimizing drag (cd) for improved track performance. performed cfd simulations to analyze and optimize drag coefficient (cd) and pressure distribution (cp), ensuring the front wing design minimizes drag while maintaining aerodynamic efficiency. analyzed variations in angle of attack (aoa) and adjusted the airfoil design by optimizing camber, leading edge design, and airfoil shape to achieve a balance between lift and drag. tested various iterations of the front wing design, comparing cp, cd, and l/d values in different track conditions to ensure optimal aerodynamic performance. collaborated with other departments, including chassis and suspension teams, to integrate aerodynamic components into the overall vehicle design. monitored and verified the pressure distribution (cp) across the entire car using cfd to ensure uniform aerodynamic performance across all components. the final front wing design, optimized for drag and downforce balance, is in the process of being manufactured and will be integrated into the formula student car for testing.
