• Job Details:• Worked on Korean orthopedic casting tape (fiber glass) manufacturing. • Worked on coating of casting tapes by urethane (ethyl carbamate) resin/binder as an (antineoplastic agent) and its catalysis for complete tape dryness by using water. • Gained experience in production processes for controlling steps that may affect product quality and stability after 1 year including: amount of dry air, temperature, pouch size, etc. • Preparing colored resin that is ready for using for tape coating. • Checked samples with different coating cases before operating machine

R&d ChemistFull Time

• Job Details:• Worked as a formulator, product designer, chemist and coloring specialist in automotive car refinish lab. • Worked on producing batches of products made from unused raw materials and checked the validity of these products before exporting them (stability test, VOC). • Supervised the pilot and production batches and made the QC, TDS and MSDS for the new products. • Controlled chemical and physical conditions of new milling machines in production lines. • Trained new chemists. • Tested new counter types for raw materials and took recommendations from foreigner experts from multiple companies (Evonik, Mega chem, Cliq, Delta).
