- Job Details:1. Recruitment & Selection - Manpower Planning. - Receive job applications, sort and classify in database for retrieval when required. - Study availability of recruitment sources and design recruitment action plans for vacant positions. - Screen applicants by position and make shortlist based on skills and requirements. - Interview candidates, prepare assessment sheets and coordinate with line managers. - Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the set time frame. - Work closely with employment agencies in obtaining either temporary or direct hire personnel. - Coordinate the preparation in various recruitment events and oversee the planning and implementation of recruitment campaigns to attract highly competent employees. - Communicate and ensure employee compliance with Human Resource Policies and procedures are solved. - Prepare and maintain reporting tools. - Orient the new employees and make regular announcements for the new comers. - Make exit interview & exit interview analysis. - Monthly recruitment report. - Monthly, Quarterly& annually replacement and new hiring reports. - Turnover report. - Work on HRIS system (TRENDS) & ECHO system. - Reviewing and updating job descriptions whenever there is a change in responsibilities or company restructuring and ensure that all Job Descriptions are clearly written and updated from time to time. 2. Training & Development - Identify and assess training needs (TNA) of staff by conferring with employees, managers and supervisors. - Set training design & training plan/budget. - Select, assign and contact instructors (for the internal training) and service providers (for the external trainings) to conduct training. - Facilitate the execution of all training plans. - Training evaluation. - Measure training impact. - Provide counseling to employee on career or training opportunities. - Deal with the IMC/ ITC. 3. Organizational Development - Develop and implement the human resource manual and various policies and procedure. - Investigate employee complaints or concerns about workplace issues. - Ensure that all personnel matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with the labor law and internal regulations. - Prepare HR. & Administrational policies and procedures for the company. - Work on succession plan. 4. Performance Management: - Personal performance Agreement& appraisal system. 5. Compensation & Benefits: - Develop and maintain a salary structure through surveys and Comparisons with market. - Maintain records of benefits. - Manage all the companies gathering and entertainment events. - Follow up for all the correspondents with the medical and life insurance and mobile companies.
