          • Job Details:1. Organizational Development - Develop and implement the human resource manual and various policies and procedure. - Investigate employee complaints or concerns about workplace issues. - Ensure that all personnel matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with the labor law and internal regulations. - Prepare HR. & Administrational policies and procedures for the company. - Work on succession plan. 4. Performance Management: - Personal performance Agreement& appraisal system. 5.
