- Job Details:• Preparing strategic plans for the upcoming 10 years based on the strategic goals set by the board of directors, Preparing the organizational chart which helps in achieving plans and distribute them into annual operating plans. • Managing Equity portfolio for EL-WAQF in the Saudi Arabian Stock Market with selling and purchasing; which raised the profit to 23 Millions SR in one year. • Managing real estate investment in lands and real estate from 2014 until 2015 with an amount exceeding 280 millions SR which raised capital gains and profits to 75 millions SR in two years. • Did a lot of credit agreements with various number of Saudi banks and got the acceptance of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) for the first time to do real estate investments shared between banks and charity foundations. • Handling and doing Financial feasibility studies for a lot of different investment projects and presenting them to the investment committee. • Applying Oracle system in all sectors and companies in two years. • Participating in the study of quality charitable projects for which EL-WAQF provide donations and keep up with the implementations of them with the charity foundation management. • Participating in the preparation of IFRS. • Preparing Business Risk Study for all operating and service sectors in EL-WAQF. • Preparing verified organizational structure for the strategic plans and prepare the policies related to administrations.
