• Job Details:, I have evolved and developed my current skills: • Defining the learning objectives. • Elaborating study progress, learning sessions and different educational tools. • Adapting the developed and most recent educational methods to fit the current needs. • Organizing and managing class projects. • Applying constant evaluation. My priority is to focus on students’ needs and manage the differences of abilities among them. All along my studies, I have learned how to help them to discover their own path of learning in alive and innovative instructional techniques in order to develop their skills and to become autonomous and creative. In additional I have learned how to teach French language through arts, culture and activities so it becomes a way of communication and expression. Experience has taught me to be more organized, to lay out plans that are time accurate and achieve realistic targets. I have the ability to exchange and to build a strong relationship with a team work.
