Job Description :
As an Import - Export Coordinator and Accountant

As Import Coordinator My task was as follows :
* from the Master bill of lading - Mb/l - Ask the shipping line about the vessel Estimated time of Arrival , Telex Release and the Free time .
* When the real consignee in the House bill of lading ( HB/L ) is different ( is not the company name )
* we make a release letter to the real consignee that written on the HB/L & SIGNATURE FROM THE BANK .
* When the vsl arrived to the port of discharge ( POD ) - Make a call to real cnee in order to receive the R/L ( release letter ) from the Freight Forwarder company and to take a delivery order from the shipping line to receive it's container
* Tell the Real cnee about the vsl arrival and Actual Eta on A formal E- mail .

Real cnee should have the following docx in order to receive the release letter from the Forwarder company :

1- Copy of Representative ID
2- Authorization letter of the company .
3- According to the shipping orders - release the cargo with three or one Original HB/L .
4- Release Letter Charges .


As Export Coordinator My task was as follows :

* Get the Ocean Freight from the shipping line .
* Make the negotiation with the client & his desires of the O/F & POL
*when the deal is Ok , make a booking on a vsl that deals with the shipper of its ETA .
* Make a primary Shipping declaration and send it to line - confirm it with line .
* withdraw the shipping order and agreed with driver to get the commodity from the factory , or loading the container from the port to the factory , finish the transportation - According to the client wants to stuff the cargo in the containers inside the port of loading or outside it in his factory .
* Make a call to the Extract customs to have the cntrs # , seal # & no. of Jumbo Bags .
* Fill a final shipping declaration with the Info that getting from the Extract a customs the send it to line . after revised it one more time .
* The line wills send the Draft bill - Revise it very well - send it to the client to check it and confirm
-* when getting a confirm from client - confirm it again with line - if there is any amend - amend it with line .
* Check after that about vsl ETD with the line when the vsl departure- Must pay the O/F , THC , according to client - wants Original or Copy of bill of ladings .
* Make the Form 13 and Euro 1 of Customs procedures .


As an Accountant :-

* Accounts of Customers
* Invoice of Release Letter of Import Operation .
* Receipts of Deposit and Exchange of Amounts that customers paid .
* Debit Note
* Statement of Account
