• Job Details:Abt Associates is implementing Feed the Future Egypt Rural Agribusiness Strengthening Project, USAID-funded activity, supported by the U.S. government’s Feed the Future initiative. Responsibilities: • Maintain a good filing system as well as e-archive for administration documents. • Handling any maintenance requests from staff and communicate with relevant service providers. • Supporting project operation team in procurement documents, such as Procurement Request (PR), Purchase order (PO), Bid Analysis, SAM search, and other documents as required. • Processing vendor invoices and preparing supporting documents before submitting to Finance. • Support operations team in maintaining project inventory. • Maintaining up-to-date shopping lists for office supplies & stationeries.
