• Job Details:▪ Hiring blue & white collars and directors. ▪ Receiving recruitment request form from department’s heads, uploading job post for vacant positions on Company’s chosen websites. ▪ Identifying the Required dates for every position due to Man Power Plan; meeting with managers to discuss needs. ▪ Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for department, screening, interviewing, checking references. ▪ Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. ▪ Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. ▪ Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. ▪ Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, and other orientation process. ▪ Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants analyzing. ▪ Responding verifying references comparing qualifications with job requirements. ▪ Extending recruitment sourcing channeling accordance to new market. ▪ Sending job offers to the accepted candidates and elaborate the required hiring credentials. ▪ Create and implement effective onboarding plans. ▪ Assisting in performance management processes. ▪ Working on Salary Survey. ▪ Participating in Job fairs. ▪ Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. ▪ Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers. ▪ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated ▪ Supporting for all HR functions.
