• Job Details:Junior structural engineer with over two years of progressively technical designing positions in high rise buildings, resorts, hotels, retails, public buildings, administrative buildings, workshops, industrial plants, electrical plants, water & sewage treatment plants. Also have a Comprehensive knowledge of design standards and codes (the Egyptian Codes of Practice, ACI, UBC and British Codes for concrete and steel design). Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and determine cost effective solutions to design, process, or regulatory issues. Duties • Coordinate with the Architectural team to choose the most convenient structural system, copes with the architectural design • Create the structural 3D model using the structural analysis programs. • Design of structural elements and systems for stability, strength and serviceability that make building safe and economic for various by using various software or hand calculations using different structural design codes. • Produce schematic and detailed designs and evaluation of planning and concept alternatives • Preparing structural schematic and detailed design drawings. • Reviewing structural design drawings. • Preparing the plan for the Internal Structural training programs. • Review shop drawings, and all documents of contractors and RFI's. • Preparation of Shop Drawing, Specs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Revit, AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD), Auto Rebar and cutting optimization
