    • Job Details:Responsibilities: - Follow-up shipping with the selection of the best air, sea and land freight forwarders, taking into account the best alternatives at the lowest cost. - Monitor and supervise internal and external logistical activities once the shipment is ready with suppliers in accordance with agreed i international trade specifications. - Leading activities with customs clearance agencies to ensure proper performance of clearance process. - Communicate and deal with the relevant governmental departments when needed. - Monitor and optimize the cost of logistics services. - Count all relevant paperwork and ensure adequate documentation to support the procurement and logistics process - Follow up on the status of the purchase requisition and keep the requester informed of the estimated time of delivery or any changes that may affect or amend the pre-defined delivery terms. - Store merchandise and ensure that inventory is properly controlled. - Interface and contact with all Export customers. - Responsible for all Export KPI's (Delivery on time, Documentation on time...etc.) - Receiving all export orders and process them into the system. - Communicate and align export volume with all plant departments. - Align with production team on export weekly & monthly loading plan - Review all import documentation to be done accurately from supplier’s side. - Insure that all imported quantities, values & pricing matched its purchase order. - Responsible for import process of needed samples or spare parts. - Follow up on the payment and creating Swifts for External Suppliers - Preparing accurate reports for the higher management on the movements and the status of the Current stock. - Supervising the warehouses and inventory.
