• Job Details:Directly cooperate with the hiring manager. Besides, managing complete projects from A to Z; beginning with sourcing passive, interested candidates or filtering applications of active candidates, pre-screening resumes, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Dealt with filling all kinds of technical, non-technical, creative, and niche positions efficiently within the deadline, even for the most challenging roles with the ability to set a tailored strategy for every single project that pays off from the moment of applying it. In addition to my past role duties as a Recruitment Specialist, I’m also responsible for: • Client meetings to understand their needs and achieve their hiring goals. • Project management as I’m usually responsible for multiple projects at the same time and handling them exceptionally. • Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the client’s needs and objectives.
