• Job Details:o Created & issued Monthly Supply Plans for 3 FMCG value streams in accordance with Demand rolling forecast & Production MRPs, along with a supply forecast. o Negotiated prices and terms with Suppliers, established sustainable contracts & relationships with local and international suppliers. o Executed local & overseas procurement plans for the 3 value streams (80+ SKUs) in accordance with Order Management process, and monitored the pipeline closely and ensured timely document delivery to banks & clearance department. o Placed service requests & coordinated needed logistics operations & warehousing arrangements with other teams. o Followed up Purchase Orders’; ensuring accurate updates are made for imports inventory receiving is made under the correct PO, and uploaded all related documents timely. o Worked closely with Silos Network & Operations Unit on wheat procurement & distribution planning, monitoring vessel discharge logistics & KPIs. o Delivered excellent and comprehensive monthly reports for operations managers that helped them view stock status, pipeline, and most importantly cost aspects of MRPs & BOMs.
