• Job Details:- Carrying out process audits and gap analysis vs. VDA 6.3 standard and support in defining the needed improvements addressing proper actions. - Supporting in the definition and continuous update of the quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP..) with reporting. - Supporting in controlling document functions. - Coordinating any activities aimed at obtaining Quality Certification vs worldwide standards Ex. ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality system certifications, collaborating with local Functions and Plants of any area under her/his responsibility. - Coordinating any activities of the audits related to the achievement of product certifications. - Managing the internal Finished product audit aligning with the monthly target - Managing the Contamination audit for semi-finished products - Managing shipment control activities with reporting and analysis.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Job roles: - Update and arrange daily stock. - Make reorder decisions (Quantities – Local or imported). - Determine quantities to be purchased - Supervise arrival of goods with purchasing department. - Update sales personnel with available stock. - Organize quantities to be sold between sales personnel - Organize and make reservations. - Analyze data and make forecasts of quarters for imported shipments. - Assuring that stock is not running out and not overloaded. - Making batches for ordered packages. - Assuring that production requirements do not go out of stock.

TraineeInternship

• Job Details:I was a trainee in the Quality department. I gained good knowledge about the following: - How tires are made, the different production processes and the inspection and recycling processes. - Safety and safety observation concepts. - Ergonomics concepts and stress tolerance. - Improvement tools (PDCA- 5S - 5Why- 7 wastes- ECRS) - Poka Yoke. - Quality and 7 Quality tools. Also, an introduction to Six Sigma Methodology. At the end of the training, we presented what we had learned in the training. The powerpoint is in the attachments along with the certificate.
