• Job Details:Develop & implement procedures & programs related to Engineering department with ensuring that aligned with Organization visions and goals. • Participate for preparation annual budget (CAPEX - OPEX) to be aligned with best production efficiency. • Responsible for the completion of Projects with ensuring that Allocated Budget, delivery on Time & within scope. • Select correct design concepts & fundamental technology used for new equipment in Co-ordination with (RD-Quality & operation). • Plan and oversee all plant facilities and utilities to ensure smooth operation and matching Stakeholders satisfaction. • Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, work practices and processes. • Implement agile methodology Repair & Maintenance management inside allocated budget, drive KPI’s (MTBF, MTTR, BD%...). • Collaborate with HSE management on the site to ensure compliance with all Safety regulations. • collaborate with stakeholders to support product development, manufacturing and other business operations. • Manage relationships with outsource vendors & contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality service & materials.

Operation & Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Establish a Standard Operation and Maintenance Procedure (SOP-SMP) for Different PV plants. • Manage O&M teams technical and operational tasks and responsibilities. • Propose and implement development plans for O&M teams. • Propose and implement performance KPls for O&M teams. • Provide monthly reports including technical performance, Maintenance Performance, and actual spending. • Build the O&M team for each project where their scope starts from handover and carries on for operating the project. • Coordinate with the Development team to assess any commercial arrangement for projects under operation. • Following up and coordinating with procurement team the purchases of new materials and supplies. • Coordinate annual budgets with Chief Technical Officer. • Coordinate with the Human Resource Management hiring plans for new projects. • Confirm and Cooperate with HSE Management that Safety instructions are performed.

Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes. • Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. • Creating and implementing maintenance procedures. • Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. • Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. • Followed up maintenance activities, its plan and results through CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). • Documenting and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. • Responsible for all maintenance both of overhaul the breakdowns, Root cause analysis. • Participating for Putting strategy plan for department, Annual and monthly budget, Annual & monthly preventive maintenance with modification, Target of monthly breakdown area and how to improve the performance of Maintenance. • Preparing monthly Report "KPI". • Verifying Instrumentations (E/H-Siemens-ABB) Calibration and troubleshooting- • Variable Frequency drive {Siemens-Micro master 430-440-Sinamics G120-Schneider ATV-680/630}. • Managed MV/LV Transformers, MV/LV Switchgears (Schneider-Siemens). • Examined PLC Siemens S7-300 Monitor Follow up and troubleshooting.
