Supervise all phases of management operations, including; engineering, tendering, pricing, procurement and projects implementation. - The scope of work is including supply and install all electromechanical system:- electrical, mechanical, fire fighting and plumbing (MEP), From providing complete solutions through Design and Build to Engineering, Procurement and Construction. (EPC)

Projects and Maintenance Engineer.Full Time

• Job Details:-Makes regular inspection of plant service areas and utilities supply facilities, to ensure proper functioning at all times. (The facility contains different types of 4 axis CNC turning and milling M/C’s). -Plans, organizes, coordinates the preventive maintenance plan for all machines. -Troubleshooting for any mechanical and electrical emergency breakdown. -Repairs & equipments modification “e.g. to improve process safety or to Resolve process bottlenecks”. -Negotiates pertinent service contracts, and ensures that the adequate services Are received. Prepares activity reports with services providers. (For A.C’s, Generators, air compressors, and forklifts). -Controls storage and availability of maintenance supplies, spare parts and Tools, this includes purchasing decisions. -Controls the administrative work such as preparation of maintenance Budget, spare parts stock control, assessing utilities consumption, check suppliers invoices, maintains Master files of buildings and facilities construction plans and maintenance Procedures. -Responsible about write-up, approval and execution of all internal projects and modifications, which involve saving, improvement and infrastructure projects. -Ensures that the manufacturing facilities and pertinent service and Utilities systems are continually in perfect operating condition. -Participate in the internal audits for other departments.
