• Job Details:Project: Mansoura (6) New Capital City. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force. Check plans, shop drawings, quantities and specifications for accuracy of calculations and project requirements. Oversee the selection and ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Prepare reports about variation orders, site instructions, Material Inspection Request (MIR), Contractor Inspection Request (CIR)… etc. Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project. Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors. Attend regular progress meetings and provide daily reports. Distribute manpower on site as required and plan the work in order to meet agreed dead line. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Prepare quantity survey for finished work and snag list. construction of ten buildings , mansoura (6) new capital city project

Oversee the selection and ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Prepare reports about variation orders, site instructions, Material Inspection Request (MIR), Contractor Inspection Request (CIR)… etc. Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project. Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for the stone scope. Attend regular progress meetings and provide daily reports. Distribute manpower on site as required and plan the work in order to meet agreed deadlines. Monitor the safe storage and handling of stones on site. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Prepare quantity survey for finished work and snag list.
