• Job Details:I am responsible for: • Create test cases for the systems. • Testing the systems manually, reporting them and reporting the bugs on TFS. • Creating user guide. • Presenting the demo to the clients, walking them through it and answering their inquiries. • Providing technical support to the clients regarding the systems we provided to them. • Providing clients with training sessions regarding the system, if required. • Prepare plans and estimate task duration. Nature of the projects I worked on: • Vehicles, people and assets tracking systems. • Labor exchanging system. • HR system. • Library system. • Workflow system.
