- Job Details:• Play the role of mediator between the management and employees by informing the employees about the management decisions and conveying the requirements of employees to the management. • Handle the process of work permit and residence of expats in liaison with the company Lawyer. • Fill in all the documents related to social insurance like doc. 1, doc., doc. 2 & doc. 6 in addition to presenting them to the related social insurance office. • Conduct orientation program for the new employees and facilitate their settling within the organization. • Handle communication with medical and life insurance provider and align with provider and employees for medical claims and approvals and developed the medical scheme during its renewal. • Handle contract renewal process. • Handle the employment process for new joiners ensuring a smooth on-boarding by having all their hiring pre-requisites ready including laptop, fingerprint system, contract, opening bank account, social insurance forms…etc. • Created a new filing system and maintain all HR and personnel files. • Handle the employee exit procedure ensuring all documentation is in place. • Issue public holidays and organization announcements. • Monitor employees’ attendance through fingerprint system. • Maintain employees leave balance and handle leave requests. • Collect CVs from online recruitment, social websites and universities career services. • Screen CVs in addition to manage resumes and applicants database. • Conduct first interviews and present the shortlist to the hiring manager. • Liaise with the hiring managers during recruitment process sharing and receiving feedback. • Maintain updated employees database, Manpower plan and organization charts. • Developed job descriptions for all of the employees. • Follow up on HR initiatives and Performance Appraisal completion. • Establish communication with any suppliers like courier companies and stationary offices.
