• Job Details:Worked as a customer service trainee at Rubex International for Plastics and Acrylic manufacturing, replying to customer enquiries upon requested products, following up with orders placed, ensuring product delivery on time, as well as a daily follow up with old customers to maintain customer loyalty and updating them with the availability of new products, and assisting customers in the show room of the products.
