• Job Details:# Providing H\W installation, technical support, and maintenance for different brands of servers and storage systems : * Hardware : Install and configure the following Chassis HW from scratch : 1- HP Synergy 1200 2- HP C7000 Chassis 3- Dell M1000E Chassis 4- Cisco UCS Chassis 5- Huawei E9000 Chassis * Storage : Install, Configure and Administrate the following : 1- HPE 3PAR 8400. 2- Dell Unity 300, 500 . 3- HP EVA 4400 . 4- IBM V7000 . 5- Dell EMC-VNX 5600 # Virtualization * VMWare : Expert Experienced in Virtualization using : 1- Vsphere Vcenter 5.5, 6 & 6.5 & 6.7 Full processioned . 2- Deploy VMware NSX - T 2.4 data center. 3- vRealize Operation Manager & vRealize Log Insight. 4- Implement Virtual Desktop Solution VMware Horizon. * Microsoft: Good Experienced in Virtualization using : 1- MS Hyper-V 2012 R2. 2- MS Failover Cluster. 3- SCVMM System Center Virtual Machine Manager. # Job Description & Qualifications: •Provide consultation services for government sector to design and implement the IT infra-structure /Datacenters. •Provide technical support to the MCIT Information Center and Information Centers of governmental sector in accordance with the agreed protocols. •Providing H\W installation, technical support, and maintenance for different brands of servers and storage systems (IBM, HP, DELLEMC, Cisco, Huawei etc.…). •Have a strong background of SAN Storage, SAN Switches, Blade chassis, Blade servers, Rack mounted servers. •Administrate Blade Chassis of various vendor (IBM, HP, DELL, Cisco ...etc.). •Implement and administrate various brands of Storage systems (IBM, HP, DELL, EMC, etc...). •Inspection and testing of a particular H\W and compare it to another H\W and its suitability to the business requirements. •Taking ownership of problems and tracking to a successful conclusion. •Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records. •Analyzing the problems to spot trends and underlying issues. •Continuously reviewing performance against Service Level Agreements. •Testing and evaluating new technology. •Manage and track IT warehouse and request required items as per minimum stock level. •Communicate with Vendor for IT equipment’s (New, Replace...). •Producing documentation and reports to a high standard. •Generate technical reports to Managerial level to appropriate decisions making. •Design, Configure, and troubleshoot Complete high availability virtual Infrastructure using VMware products (vSphere, ESXi and vCenter Server), vSphere Versions 5.5 ,6.0 ,6.5 ,6.7. •Implement & Configure on VMware Products (VRealize Log insight, VRealize Operation Manager, Horizon View, VMware NSX-T, VMware VSAN). •Design, Configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Virtualization Products (MS Hyper-V, SCVMM System Center Virtual Machine Manager). •Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting Windows Servers (2008, 2012 & 2016) Roles & features (AD DS, DNS, DHCP...etc.). •Checking the success of daily operations on servers & Storage systems and resolving of daily issues. •Expert in using VMware VCenter & ESXI Features (vMotion, Storage vMotion, HA, DRS, SDRS, Standard and Distributed Switches, FT ..etc). •Basic & good Knowledge in Linux RHE, Ubunto and Centos for troubleshooting of the Customized ESXI & VCenter.
