• Job Details:Creating a link between the finance and the production KPIs creating a better view of the factory operation parameters that the factory management team can use to characterise their future management plan. Analysing KPIs of each department (production, safety, quality and maintenance) and identify major challenges. Using problem solving techniques such as 5 whys and PDCA cycle to fix existing processes to operate and utilise resources in a more standardised, lean and efficient manner. Managing a production area with 8 production lines and 60 technicians ensuring safety and quality standards of products and production processes are met to the highest criterion.

Project EngineerInternship

• Job Details:Designed off-grid and on-grid photovoltaic systems and power stations for local and international clients. Used multiple software such as PVSyst, MATLAB and Microsoft Excel to simulate the performance of power stations based on their actual planned locations to give an accurate model on the performance of the photovoltaic system. Used Microsoft Excel to analyse live data from power stations to monitor the performance of the station and investigate any irregularities. Was temporarily based on-site to run physical and computational tests on photovoltaic cells and inverters.
