Quality of the final product Training and employing workers Planning daily and monthly schedule for the upcoming 6-months, managing materials, reducing time for s&op cycle with 50% by creating new compatible sheets and creating a new capacity sheet to calculate plant capacity and hence future plans, new machines needing or write off for other machines.
