• Job Details:Arriving firstly before duty to arrange the daily job & departing lastly to check workshop at end of day Insuring of the service station cleanliness (free of oil, water, dirt, scrape parts…etc)Submit monthly warranty report status. Take action for the results of customers not visited work shop from 6 months and more report which submit by service advisors (quarterly).Submit monthly performance report accurate on time.Submit actual VS target achievement report on time.insure that subordinators follow company rules (uniform, cleanliness, job procedures…..etc percentage of open complaint to total R.Os (count for more than 3 days open)quality controller came back job results
