Job Details:• Offshore Gas Turbine Engineer specialist in Rolls-Royce (Avon 200) Gas Turbine Equipped with Power Turbine (DRESSER-RAND) DJ200 Driving DRESSER-RAND Three Stages Centrifugal Gas Compressor. • Responsible for operation & all maintenance programs (PM, CM…, etc.) of Gas Lift Platform including Rolls Royce (Avon 200), DRESSER-RAND centrifugal gas compressor and there auxiliaries (Seal and lubrication systems). • Maintain system and equipment operations within vendor’s guidelines. • Make periodical tests for all standby and emergency equipment. • Ensure safe and correct operations of system equipment. • Monitor the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries’ operations using the condition monitoring techniques and Bentley Nevada System-1. • Follow up, review & stock control of Gas Turbines & Gas Compressors spare parts. Achievements: A member of the team overhauled second and third stages of DRESSER-RAND centrifugal gas compressor shared in bearings and coupling hubs clearance measurements.
