• Job Details:Work on preparing the factory and startup to launch Hatab Sudair One) Samoli bread, burger, toast, tortilla, Arabic bread, keto bread and high protein • Product recipes work suits the needs of the local market and meets quality standards • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient processes and quality of products. • Lead the production team and control the production lines to meet the timeline and qualitative requirements. • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. • ·Communicate and work with other departments procurement, sales, human resources and maintenance to coordinate production and order processes. • Apply safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards and legislation • Submit production reports for senior management.
