  • Job Details:- Review and improve Production procedures and instructions. - Creation and maintain all production tracking systems. - Control the process balance between production and scrap. - pave the environment, team, and order in which the personnel in the Production Department can work most efficiently and take precautions to minimize the waste time. - Monitoring all production processes and make sure all aligned with lean manufacturing methods. - present a request for sufficient quantity and specifying of necessary tools and equipment to ensure that production is carried out in an adequate manner. - Track production department’s performance and plant status. - Applying continuous improvement projects. - Applying lean manufacturing system. - collect and evaluate statistical data related to Production activities and types of failures.
