    It was a personal achievement, I weighed 135 kg in a very miserable stage of my life due to some frustration and dismal events, so I had a stop with myself and I remembered my dream to have a perfect physique and I worked myself extremely hard till I reached 75 kg and after gaining muscle now I’m pure 95 kg of muscles and with a great physique containing a fat percentage of 17%, this learned me that even toughest situations can be flipped over by your dedication and hard work and also that failure leads to great success as it’s the start line for your race towards glory and also how to make advantage from others negativity about you and use it as a fuel for your patience and actions to do what you want to do and the greatest moment when you shove everything they said about you back to their throats and when they see your success with their own eyes..
