• Job Details:• Inspection of raw materials and finished product. • Inline inspection of product during production. • Collection of samples for microbiological tests inline and finished product. • Hygiene checks at the plant for the workers (Personal hygiene) and the environment Implementation of HACCP critical control points in the production line. • Completion of all documentation. • Implementation of ISO 2200 standards and Food Safety Systems at the plant. • Internal and external audits and coming up with appropriate corrective actions. • Pest control through fumigation and the use of rodent traps. • Checking the hygiene of the transportation trucks to prevent food spoilage in order to ensure high quality standards. • Dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product issues. • Implementation of appropriate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). • Handling of all non-conformances (raw materials, packaging, finished product).
