Analyzing data and presenting it on OBI and SQL by charts to enhance the work frame and reduce manual errors for better customer experience, exposure, and development.

Policy and Procedure Officer

• Job Details:Collaborating with management and the human resources department to develop a procedure manual for the bank. Writing clear and concise policies, guidelines, and rules for performing activities within the bank. Developing and modifying the existing policies and guidelines to adhere to current documentation standards. Evaluating different types of policies and making recommendations for changes regarding the policies to management.

Universal Teller

• Job Details:Maintained in-depth knowledge of bank products, services, and best practices. Provided customers with high level of service, privacy and confidentiality, and friendly, welcoming attitude. Handled all transactional services, including bank deposits, monetary withdrawals, financial transfers, and other bank transactions.
