• Job Details:Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information with proper acknowledgment of the program service information to patients Follow-up with patients if needed Write down all project documents (patient-log data,orders, AE report) in a simple self-explanatory way Support in the management of operational processes. Manage collection, processing, documentation, reporting and follow-up of all adverse events (AE) reports for program products.
