• Job Details:As a Business and Financial Analyst at Elsewedy Electric, I do the following: -Analyze expenses and search for areas of increased spending, in return issuing memos to the CFO, CCO’s, and Commercial Directors on how to best approach and control this spending - Monitor and control the inserted sales on CRM and communicated with business units to validate the orders - Collect budget expenses and target revenues, and prepare presentations for the quarterly business reviews - Compare incoming revenue with expenses and work closely with the Taxes department in setting up a success fee percentage to be received from business units accordingly - Audit incorrectly inserted data on the CRM - Work closely with the IT department in developing tools on CRM to help commercial team members 1.Overcome accuracy issues with their pipeline 2. Insert their budgets, 3. Have their booked orders matched with business units - Continuously work with HR in developing appropriate KPI’s that measure our objectives, and in mapping out regularly-changing hierarchies
