Skilled in managing large-scale projects, including the Sharm El-Shaikh SWRO Plant (30,000 m³/day), Zawyet Al-Karadsah WWTP (13,200 m³/day), and Kafr Mahfouz WWTP (3,000 m³/day). Proven ability to coordinate between consultants, design teams, and site teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Expertise in procurement, technical offer evaluation, cost control, cash flow management, and preparing detailed commercial comparisons and reports. Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and hands-on involvement in all phases of project management.
